Device Details:

  • Data allowance of 1GB per day
  • The data allowance is calculated on a cumulative basis. For example, if you booked for 4 days rental, you will be entitled to 4 days x 1GB = 4GB of total data to be used over 4 days
  • Minimum number of rental days: 2
  • 4G network device
  • Can be shared with up to 5 devices
  • Penalty for spoilt device at RM500 per device
  • You will be notified your data usage via text message

Additional Information:

  • Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Monday and return it on a Thursday, you will be charged for 4 days of usage
  • You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service

La señal wifi era genial. No tuvimos ningún problema con este servicio durante todo el viaje. La duración de la batería estaba bien. El banco de energía fue una buena adición. Recoger y dejar fue fácil y rápido. Definitivamente usaré el mismo servicio nuevamente en el futuro.

Resultó ser valioso durante mi viaje en solitario a Penang. Proceso eficiente en la recogida del wifi pockt para su devolución. Cosas como esta se vuelven realmente útiles para los turistas primerizos de Penang como yo. Sin duda se sumó a mi experiencia agradable :-)

Gran servicio, nuestro vuelo llegó a KL a la medianoche, después de llegar a KLIA2 era pasada la medianoche, sin embargo, el personal fue muy servicial al atendernos para que pudiéramos ir a nuestro hotel después de un largo vuelo desde el estado.
