Fantastic Nagoya - Tokyo Station
Good that I booked the shinkansen train from nagoya to tokyo since we travel in December and considered a peak season. Highly recommended to avail the Mt Fuji seat and we enjoyed the view upon seeing the magnificent Mt Fuji alongt the way.

Fantastic Shinagawa Station - Shin-Osaka Station
Riding the Shinkansen was smooth, fast, and extremely comfortable. The train was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable seating and ample legroom. The ride was quiet and punctual, reflecting Japan’s high standard of efficiency and reliability.
The boarding process was well-organized, and the overall experience was stress-free, even for first-time travelers. It’s an excellent way to travel long distances in Japan and truly a highlight of the journey.

Fantastic Shin-Osaka Station - Tokyo Station
We really loved this service, the Shinkansen is an amazing experience and you have great space. The views during the trip are incredible, even though it’s a bit expensive, I’ll use this service in every opportunity I might have.

Fantastic Tokyo Station - Shin-Yokohama
you can use the QR quote on the voucher issued by Klook to enter the platform. There is no need to exchange for train ticket at the station. However, there was a bit of confusion of where to board the train and we had asked many staff before we were able to find the gate. it will be better if we board at ueno station instead of Tokyo station. And there is no need to change the timing in Klook if you are unable to catch your booked train. the ticket can be used for the date u have booked in any train to the same destination. if you change it in Klook, you need to incur addition admin fees which is not necessary. Also, I think taking the free seating ticket is better cos they don’t put you together even when you have booked the reserved seats. we were seated separately!

Fantastic Shinagawa Station - Shin-Osaka Station
very convenient, we just used the qr codes in getting in the terminal! i selected the 4 hours trip and green car section, so we were able to maximize our Shinkansen ride. plus we were able to see the majestic Fuji mountain! well recommended!

Fantastic Hakata - Yufuin
It was an awesome experience .Booking with Klook was so much ease . Pre booking is available and confirmed seats. The train was pretty and the staff are friendly too . Do take note that Car 1 is non airconditioned due to it is a sightseeing train and they would like to preserve the traditional style . They have cafe in one of the car and passenger able to enjoy the scenery .

Fantastic Kyoto - Gare de Shin-Osaka
it's honestly the best theme park in the world. before this I've been to many such as Disneyland Paris and Shanghai, Universal Studios Singapore. but this one with its Harry Potter world exceeds all expectations

Fantastic Tokyo Station - Shin-Osaka Station
It's a good choice to book the tickets with Klook as the seats would be booked in advance. We go the windows seat as requested and the view of Mt Fuji is breathtaking. On a side note, the QR code for the Shinkansen alone would not get past the gate as it has to be used together with the Suica. We wished we knew it before we were at gate as it is not easy with the crowd.

Fantastic Shin-Yokohama - Tokyo Station
easy to get in and out of the station with the direct use of the QR code issued by klook . We even took an earlier train back to Tokyo and sat on the unreserved seat. The station at Yokohama is very simple and direct as compared to that in Tokyo.

Fantastic Nagano - Tokyo Station
coming back from Nagano to Tokyo is so much simpler as the station itself isn’t as horrid as from Tokyo to Nagano. The train will be at the platform before the schedule time and so pls be at the platform at least 30 mins earlier. however, you can still take another train if you have missed the booked one but you need to take the unreserved seat. Actually there is no need to spend more on reserved seat. And there is a noodle stall in the platform so you can eat there if you have missed your meal.
