Fantastic
It was a great location. The rooms were large as well as the bathroom. The atmosphere is like an old palace and the breakfast was very nice. It was a five minute walk from the train station. I would definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend this B&B. The rooms are very clean, the shower and water pressure were great. The bed was comfortable. I suggest getting the breakfast, we bought it there, it was 10€ per person per day. The woman working at the reception made us feel welcome, gave us a great explanation of how to get around Florence and was always helpful when we asked, compliments to her. The air conditioning worked amazing in this heat wave. Very happy with our 4 night stay.

This is a charming, small bed-and-breakfast with plenty of character. The staff was warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent each morning. The property itself is well maintained, and we really have no complaints about the accommodations or service. The challenge, however, is the location. For one, the surrounding neighborhood lacks the cultural atmosphere, walkability, and culinary highlights that make Florence so special. There is also a major roadway on one side and a tram line on the other. The rooms have excellent double-glazed windows, so noise is reasonably well controlled, but the vibrations from passing trams are still noticeable. Each time one goes by, it creates a low rumble that feels a bit like someone starting a jet engine in the basement. I got used to it after a while but the first night I slept maybe 2 1/2 hours. If you’re not too picky about noise and vibrations from the streets the place is actually quite lovely. Unfortunately, because of the location and the constant tram vibrations, I personally would not choose to stay here again.

Very nice B&B. Staff was very kind. She provided suggestions for site seeing and even though we had our own itinerary her suggestions was actually what we ended up doing. Walking distance to the train station and bus stop right outside to your left. The room had a memorable aesthetic. Very quaint but welcoming. The elevator can only hold 2 people max with luggage or 3 people max without luggage. You have to hold the button for it to come to you and for you to go up and down. So different but cute. They do have stairs and it's a short walk. They do have a Air Con in the room but if you go in the summer the bathroom doesn't get the air so it's a bit hot there. The bed was really comfortable. We didn't have breakfast but did see the setup on it was really nice. Fresh pastries and fruit and lots more. Definitely would go there again.

Great

Solo stay

Really convenient location near the train station, and the staff were lovely. It’s nothing fancy - certainly well maintained but it has the quirks of an older building - but perfect for a quick stay in Florence!

Great place in Florence. The fill is very local, all rooms and dining room on second floor. Room was big with a king size bad which was surprising. Bathroom was a little small but OK. Breakfast was very good. The lady that ran the place was very nice and gave us great tips what to see.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was good. The only thing was the shower was very small but we made do. The location is good from an accessibility standpoint , (walkable to everything, near bus/train), but it’s not the ‘prettiest’ neighborhood in Florence. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend this place to others.
