Disappointing stay. The staff were unhelpful, the amenities are outdated, and the hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Lovely room, reasonable selection for breakfast although would have been a good idea to provide a teapot per table and/or find a way to keep water hot! Made a cold cup of tea twice! Pool area loungers looked like they needed some TLC but it was very end of season!

The service at the restaurant was terrible. Waiters don’t speak English, act like they don’t see our Family. Served 2 tables before us, while we where the first ones to come to the Restaurant. Waited for a chance to pay at least 30-45 min, eventhough there was only 6 tables occupied and there was 2 waiters. Maybe the problem for a waiter was that we don’t speak Italian, or that we where with 1-year old son, I don’t know but we felt quite embarassed - there where no signs of good maners or treating people like they need to. Nevertheless, two ladies at the front desk where very nice and lovely, tried to help with every question.

A great B&B stay if you are not into hotel type accommodations. You get personal hospitality with staff that are passionate about what they do. Breakfast was delicious with homemade tortes. Location is great if you have a car. About a 10 minutes drive to conversano old town. Would definitely recommend.

This property is a little out of the way, but worth the drive. It is a beautiful place that I wish we were staying longer. If you have mobility issues there is no elevator and steps to most of the rooms
