The hotel's location is excellent - right next to the subway's Exit 12, which is both a popular day trip meeting point and also has an elevator for luggage, and also very close to the lively Seomyeon markets and shops. When I had issues, the chat agents were quick to respond and fix things, like when my shower head broke. The convenience store on the first floor is also super convenient. However, there are two disadvantages that need to be taken into account. The first is the fact that there are 22 floors and only 3 elevators, which means you might need to wait 5 minutes or even more for an elevator. The second is the fire alarm system. Because of the stovetops in the rooms, it was mistakenly triggered twice during my stay, and the announcement is only in Korean so it was confusing. The second time I was waiting for the elevator and the doors to the floor automatically closed on me, which was scary. Thankfully I could still manually open them. Overall though, I do recommend this hotel!

This apartment is located less within 3 minutes walk from Seomyeon Station Exit 12. This exit has an elevator which is a plus. The check in procedure was rather straightforward but the email wasn’t sent until less than 24 hours away from check in. There are two rooms located in level 2 and 14 for luggage storage before check in and after check out. The room itself is decent size. It’s not the best in terms of size but it’s acceptable for a few day’s stay. There is a kitchen as well. The toilet is small, just enough space for one adult. There is also a washing machine available. However, the kitchen sink will choke whenever there is high water usage or the washing machine is running. Overall, a comfortable stay if you prioritise location more than comfort.

Very nice remote staff that will respond within minutes to answer your questions politely. Hotel is conveniently located near bus stops, train, restaurants, convenient stores, markets, cafe alley, lotte department store. Highly recommended to first time travellers in Busan. Just ride a train and in about 30 minutes, you can reach Gwagali Beach, Haeundae beach and other Busan attractions.
