Our room had no hot water and we were told it would take 4 hours at least to repair the problem .

Fantastic hotel - the restaurant and breakfast are both lovely and great for kids and the beds are very comfortable. Perfect for Terminal 2 - it’s so close! This was our second stay and we’ll definitely stay again.

Very comfortable night's sleep! The room was spotlessly clean, check in was quick and efficient which was appreciated after a late flight. Breakfast was lovely too. Would highly recommend, and stay again.

Proximity to Terminal 2 was excellent. Driving to The Hotel, there were no signs to the Hotel on the Round About prior to the final one where the Hotel can be seen to the right. I was later told by the Holiday Inn that this is the Round about I should have turned off of. Why No Sign!! I later discovered that the road I was on was the was to the Drop Off point. And despite not stopping and a difference between entering and leaving that zone being 1 Minute 3 Seconds I received a Bill for £5.70 due to camera charging with a threat that if unpaid within days that would turn to £60 and then £100. To make a challenge to the charge one needs a Ticket number which one will only get once the fine is applied for none payment. If you were to presume as you didnt stop and there were no barriers to pass through that you hadnt a charge you would return to a £60 Fine and if not paid in 14 Days a £ 100 Fine. Even the Hotel has a friendly you can stay for an hour with our compliments when you drop a guest off who you have paid £100 for the night for. Very Kind of Holiday Inn. Manchester Airport is prime for ripping any driver off for even attending the Airport. The Site is new and so signs are altered regularly. Because of this attitude I will try not to stay at Holiday Inn again as their care for their customer doesnt even stretch to placing a sign on a roundabout to prevent accidental Rip Off Manchester Airport from delivering punitive charges for merely an error. Great hotel and clean and staff were helpful

Comfortable and quiet. Good Turkish food at dinner.

Everything spot on, especially convenient for T2, only downside was the restaurant service, but I’m a snob for that stuff

nicely kept new propperty right next to terminal 2 at Manchester Airport. Had an issue with some rather dodgy stains on the floor in our room but staff were ablt to rloacte us. Otherwise a fine hotel and stay went well.

All good

Room was clean , room was hot though as aircon didn’t seem to be working although staff tried fix it but was too hot for three people in the room
