The One Ben Thanh Hotel is in a safe, accessible area close to coffee shops and major tourist spots. Rooms are clean, with reliable hot showers, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. A great stay in the heart of Saigon!

Exceptional Service Even When Fully Booked! I arrived at The One Hotel Ben Thanh on the night of May 12, 2025, but the hotel was already fully booked. Thankfully, the male receptionist on duty — whose name I unfortunately forgot to get — was incredibly kind and professional. Instead of just turning me away, he arranged for me to stay at their sister hotel, The Passion Suite Hotel, and even paid for my Grab ride to make sure I got there safely. His thoughtful and generous service made all the difference. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate the hospitality and will definitely stay again! 5 Stars! I had a wonderful stay at The Passion Suite Hotel in Saigon. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Phung Trân, a very sweet and helpful lady at the reception. Her friendly attitude and excellent service made me feel truly at home. — Che Quinto
