Great location right in the heart of Hongdae — perfect for exploring the area. Rooms are very clean and modern, though not overly spacious, but fine for a few nights. The gym is small but has enough equipment for a solid workout. Staff are friendly and helpful. We didn’t try the breakfast, but overall we’re very happy with our stay.

location is amazing! it's in the heart of Hongdae and it's very near the train station. There are so many Olive Young around this hotel so you can shop and drop all in your hotel and continue another round of shopping.

Good location for everything, food, shopping, and desserts. Many people walk on the streets. Did not like how you have to go to the elevator for the main lobby and then walk over to another elevator for your floor. The main lobby shares a restaurant. A/c was not as cold as I wanted, it's just set at 23c.

Had the best stay at Mercure, location is so good! if you're carrying luggage, do come up from exit 10 with the escalator, then cross the road to get to mercure. Really loved everything, highly recommended!
