The staff are super helpful, friendly, and courteous. The room was clean but I must say a bit dated. The room was very small especially for 4 people. There was a lot of closet space though but it was still difficult to maneuver especially with luggages and stuff. I felt like they were a bit stingy as far as towels but I'm pretty sure they would have provided us more, if we asked. For so little space, maybe some hooks to hang stuff would have helped. We loved the free toiletries including nice quality room slippers. The washer/dryer combo in room is really a life saver. The hotel's proximity to train station is great. Although as far as food place, there's not a lot of choices around the area. I felt like for the price we paid, we could have stayed at a better area as well.

This is a great option for families since you get a bit more space than a standard hotel room and there is a kitchen, washer/dryer and tub. They also provided a pack-and-play for our baby to sleep in. Instructions for all appliances were available in English which was super helpful. There were many 24 hr convenience stores within walking distance as well as a grocery store. Note that during your stay, there is no housekeeping, and you have the option of trading in your towels every 3 days.

When we first arrived and saw the small bed and lack of bedside tables we were a bit disappointed. But then we discovered all the clever storage spots and how well the small space works. Really appreciated the washing machine given the hot weather. Staff are lovely and go out of their way to make it like a home. Great location in a nice quiet area and a reasonable price.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in east ginza tremendously. The location is fantastic, in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood close to two lines to get anywhere in 20 minutes. The room was not spacious but had everything we could ask for. The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke English very well. The ac was good. The bathroom spotless. The shower has no curtain but I think that is the local custom. The internet was fast. The bed was comfortable and not hard. The pillows were soft. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it should be serviceable but the food is too good to cook. The washing machine is small but works flawlessly for wash and dry which some times is hit or miss. It is a great value and I hope to use it again.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was really good too and had everything we needed. Nice and close to Hatchobori station which will connect you to anywhere you need to go. The staff spoke fluent english which was a big help in our first few days! They had good recommendations and were very accommodating with extra requests. Highly recommend this hotel!
