The hotel looks very stylish, definitely architecturally designed and aesthetically pleasing, only that the rooms are a bit small. But overall I still quite enjoyed my stay as the ambience is quite serene and tranquil :)

Location was great. 10 mins drive to Karuizawa Station and Prince Snow Ski Resort and Outlet Mall and Old Street. Food was great with healthy choices. Public bath was great with indoor/outdoor option. Staff were very attentive to your needs. There was a heavy snowfall during our stay and 3 staff members helped us clear the snow from our car. Hotel snow removal truck was also working hard. Overall was a really pleasant experience.

World class service and very experienced staff. An who helped us checkin and checkout was super helpful! Room service even gave me soy sauce when I forgot to grab it with my takeaway sushi from supermarket - what more could you ask for! Hotel breakfast was excellent. So much variety and good quality. I probably had the best tomatoes ever had.
