Love the ambience. Feel so luxury. Worth with what you paid for it. It was a great stay. The check-in and check-out process also very smooth. The staffs there also friendly and full of smile. Just the staffs at the restaurant not very friendly. Sorry to say that. Overall great. Highly recommended.

We got a little lost at first since Arte’s reception isn’t located on the ground floor 😅 and there was also some waiting time at the elevators. The room we booked generally met our expectations, but we noted a few things: *Not very accessibility- or elderly-friendly, as there are steps going into the unit and bathroom which could be a tripping hazard. *The lights in the 2nd bedroom are controlled by a single switch, so it’s either all on or all off. *I had requested a birthday setup, but unfortunately, none was prepared. On the positive side, our server during breakfast was very warm and welcoming. The place itself has an awesome vibe, with busy but eye-catching designs.

An awesome experience at the Arte by Thomas Chan. I had a 2-night stay at one of the beautiful rooms at Louis VII. Also celebrated my wedding anniversary at the romantic Arte restaurant at Level 66! Truly memorable stay 💖. Staff service level was good and facilities were well equipped Only the location was a bit distanced from the malls, everywhere i go have to book a Grab. Else everything is perfect!

A superb and unique hotel in the middle of the city. It’s basically a condo unit which was remodelled to be a fancy hotel. Loved the interior design 😍 Overall, a great stay.

The architecture was good and beautiful. There were many facilities and nice corner in the hotel for ootd. The receptionist was really good and helpful. Just the breakfast menu not interesting and taste just 3/5. In overall, can be repeat again soon but maybe next will not with the breakfast set.
