This recently renovated property is housed in an impressive and elegant Mudéjar mansion dating back to the 15th Century. It offers an exclusive combination of modern facilities and beautiful historical interiors. The building boasts an impressive collection of Roman artefacts and unique works of art such as a perfectly preserved 15th Century Mudéjar coffered ceiling that presents the best view of the Sierra de Guadarrama, the city's biggest cistern and one of Segovia's most important landmarks. The hotel features two magnificent restaurants – the large El Fogon Sefardi, which can surprise even the most discerning palates with its innovative infusions of the traditional Castilian dining and which also specializes in the enigmatic Sephardic cuisine. The smaller -La Taberna de El Fogon offers a more casual atmosphere and serves the typical tapas, toasts and other delicious snacks.
