Throughout the entire tour, the guides, Elena and Jose Luis, were incredibly well-prepared, engaging, careful, and attentive at all times. They are 1000 out of 10 recommended! The tour itself was excellent. The only issue was the bus; I'm not sure if it was because there were so many of us or if it was a hot day, but the air conditioning just couldn't keep up. We were quite uncomfortable as we could barely feel the AC.

The itinerary was well packed and the guide was knowledgeable and shared much on the history of the places we visited. However, I think the itinerary was too long (almost full 14 hours).

During a heatwave, and with two cities to visit in one day, this itinerary's transportation is the best choice. You can travel comfortably with air conditioning.

It was nice to with this tour. Guide was so kind and the weather was really nice. It was nice that guide told us a lot about these places. It was really nice that I could move with the bus.

The places are walkable and very nice. The trip is always on time for every meeting location. The tour guides are easy to understand. We had enough time to roam on our own in Toledo. Thank you.

This was a fantastic trip, perfect for travelers with limited time in Madrid. The aqueduct tour was only half a day, short and efficient. The guide was very dedicated, explaining everything in both English and Spanish. When I booked, there were very few reviews, which made me a bit nervous. After participating, I can highly recommend it to everyone!

The morning check‑in was very comfortable. While other tours were registering outside, Big Bus had a proper office with seating and restrooms, which made the start of the day much smoother. The coach was large, clean, and extremely comfortable for just 11 guests, and the driving was careful throughout. Danny was truly exceptional—warm, friendly, and full of engaging explanations at every stop. His guidance made the entire day feel safe, relaxed, and far more enjoyable than anything I could have experienced on my own. Thanks to him and our driver, the tour was meaningful, smooth, and wonderfully organized. I also loved the tour design, which allowed us to explore key sites with Danny and then enjoy the town on our own afterward. Thank you for a fantastic experience. ガイド:Danny
