I had a change of room during my 6 night stay due to bug experienced by my hubby. Request to change to another room was acceded to. Unfortunately I left two pants in the original room which I stayed in. Realised only when I am back in my home country. Hotel confirmed the pants were left behind through email exchange but will not near shipping costs to send them back to me. Was unhappy because housekeeper should have found the pants in original room assigned to me. Hotel should havetaken initiative to hand them to me while I am still there.

第一晚给了间蛮老旧的房，电视很小也看不清，唯一可取的是房间大。过了一晚，房间窗户附近有很大烟味，开房门出去更是一阵阵的传来。反映了给柜台，马上提升到另一豪华型房间，房型更大也新，还有个大电视，一切都不错。虽然还是有些小问题，但都很快一一解决了。是间服务不错的酒店，前枱人员，清洁大婶的服务态度也很好。酒店处于淘金和小北地铁站之间，要走个7，8分钟，还算可以。总体来说，这次入住的经验是满意的。只希望皇冠假日快快装修那些老旧的房间。说真的，如果这次不提升我的房间，下次就不选这酒店了。
