If you’re in Vung Tao (and you should if you’re visiting southern Vietnam) this is the only hotel to stay at. You’re right across the street from the beach, the food is amazing, and the staff is second to none me and my fiancé have decided this is the only hotel we will stay in VT

The hotel location is close to the beach. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. They paid close attention to service and they were really polite and helpful throughout. The room, beach view room, was nicely decorated and clean. We actually got a trip back to Ho Chi Minh free of charge using their shuttle service, mentioned to us at check-in, which was incredibly helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good. Wide variety of food, very good service throughout. I recommend this hotel very highly. Thank you Vias Hotel; you were excellent.

The good stuff - transfer from HCM, polite and helpful staff, great selection at breakfast, beach across the road, a well-equipped gym and a lovely rooftop pool. The not so good - huge influx of families on Friday evening so over the weekend there were children running up and down corridors, late at night and early morming. There also seems to be a design issue with the balcony railings. When it's very windy they vibrate and make a terrible noise - it's like being in a wind tunnel. When I spoke to reception about it, they offered me earbuds.
