Guests must not clear immigration as the hotel is located inside the terminal of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Rooms can only be purchased for 6- or 12-hour stays. Guests are required to present their connecting or international flight's boarding pass at check-in. Please note that the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Low Cost Carrier Terminal (KLIA2) are not connected. Checked-in luggage cannot be retrieved if staying at the transit hotel. This property can only be booked by guests who are in transit on international flights, or who are departing on an international flight from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Guests departing on an international flight must have a valid boarding pass (flight check-in via web applicable) and only carry hand luggage. Guests on a connecting international flight must stay in the transit area, have a valid boarding pass, and only carry hand luggage. For guests connecting from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1, exit the immigration and board the KLIA Express Train to Terminal 1 (train operates from 5AM - 1AM daily). Alternatively, guests may use Airport Taxi or public transportation. Guests should ensure the luggage is checked at Level 5, proceed through immigration, present your flight boarding pass, and access the Satellite Building of KLIA Terminal 1.
