Stayed with family

The property was spacious with a lot of character as expected being a 200 hundred year old palace. The staff was truly great and helpful. Ms. Oriana and Mr. Massimo (the owner) went beyond the limits to make our stay comfortable. The only draw back was that we felt security around the property could be improved. That being said as long as you are vigilant and carry all necessary documents and house keys with you, your stay should be very enjoyable.

We arrived at the address and ringed the bell but had to wait for a car coming out so that we could manage to enter the gate. After we stood in the yard, we could figure out where the hotel was. Had to ask two people and figure out its location. With the language barrier, it was a little inconvenient.

Convenient parking, close to the main landmarks, clean room, friendly and helpful staff, elevator was a plus as many times in Europe there are no elevators and carrying bags up for older people is difficult. Room was clean, spaciuos. I would come back

Oversized room with a jacuzzi, however, the system leaked and water seeped into adjacent room. No 24 hour staff, so, you need to be in communication. We left before staff arrived and left the key on the hook with other keys so no security beyond the cameras. The location was ideal as was the price.

Great location near the main square in town. The apartment is located on a busy street so just be aware that at night is a bit noisy. Overall is was a good place to stay.

Great location, very spacious, clean, inside a gated area with lots of parking if you are driving. Easy to find if you are driving. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only complaint is that it is very loud at night - quite a busy area with no insulation in the walls. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to louder city noises at night.
