i would recommend to use this hotel if you prefer quieter ambient in an airport. . immediately when you enter the lobby, you forget you are in the busy airport . I only stay 1 night but would consider use this hotel for longer stay if visit Tokyo again to fully experience the hotel. for this stay , I need to mention the masseur who relief my shoulder and back pain for the 120 min session on 28th March 2025 (1pm to 3pm). the next thing that is worth mentioning is the breakfast team. I were seated beside a senior white couple on 29th March about 9.00am , they were very senior and the male staff were very attentive and take good care of them. This is the type of place where I feel confortable bringing my parent.
