My first time staying here. I was surprised with a free upgrade. A very nice gesture. The room has a nice view of PNB 118, the second tallest building in the world. The front desk staffs were helpful and friendly. The room was quiet . The staffs were responsive when I had a problem with the TV. The rooms and bathroom were clean . My only complain was that the curtain May require a change. Keep it up.
