This was a great boutique hotel near so much. I loved it. It was clean, the staff was amazing, and their breakfast was great.

Very polite front desk. Kind staff. The rooms were very clean aswell. The hotel is located nicely in a quiet area with access to metro and Luxembourg garden

Air conditioning works great! Saved us during the heat wave. Location is superb. Close to everything. Room is large for Paris.

Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Fantastic location, lovely friendly staff. Only suggestion is for hotel to update interior and have better lighting in hallways & stairs. That was minor though, overall would stay here again.

Such a small room (even though I paid for a better room with a balcony). A leaking shower head over the bath. A crooked toilet seat. Often no staff on front desk. On a dark and unnattractive side street - not at all like it looks on the website. Expensive and disappointing.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and smelled very pleasant, although it was quite small, which was expected. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the 24-hour front desk service was very convenient. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was a nice bonus after a long day of sightseeing.

We checked out at noon and realized my daughter left her "lovie" (a bunny stuffed animal from when she was a baby) around 11pm the same day. We called and were told that the room had been cleaned, they didn't have the stuffed animal, it had likely been sent to their off site laundry or disposed of and was gone forever. No attempt to look for it, call the laundry, nothing. We sent a local to the hotel to ask in person the next day and they were unhelpful. So apparently if you leave anything in your room they will immediately throw it away and refuse to assist you further. Also during our stay they asked us to leave the room key at the front desk if we went out into the city, that is their policy. Twice during our stay when we returned and asked the front desk for the key, they told us their staff was in our room with the key, even though we had asked them not to clean the room so they had no reason to be in there. It's a nothing special hotel, so coupled with the lack of care for guest belongings or general consideration for others, I would stay elsewhere. There are lots of wonderful other options in better neighborhoods where the staff is helpful and policies are in place to protect the guests and their belongings.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others. The property is cute and the air conditioning was very strong. The staff was all lovely and helpful. The beds were very comfortable! My only small issue was inconsistency with the housekeeping and the shower was a little grimy.

Rooms are small but very clean hotel in a nice location. Really enjoyed the continental breakfast. Ivan at front desk was extremely polite and professional. Would recommend.
