Special check-in instructions

In compliance with Vietnam’s Government Law, guests must provide a valid form of government-regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, permanent or temporary resident card, ...) & a valid entry/exit visa (for foreigners) upon check-in. A cash/credit card security deposit of VND 1,000,000/room/night is required upon check-in for charges/damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. The extra beds aren't included in the total price. You'll need to make a separate payment for them when checking in. Hinode with sofa bed & other room types with extra bed. Access to certain facilities may be subject to the regulations of Da Nang Mikazuki Hotel and Mikazuki Water Park 365, including opening hours and age/height/weight restrictions for slides and adventure games.

Da Nang Mikazuki notifies that the renovation and enhancement work on the Hinode Garden Area will commence on October 1st, 2025, and continue until further notice. All other areas will remain fully operational and serviced as usual.

Check-in descriptions

Please note the following details:

Children 0-5 years old stay for free if using existing bed.

Children 6-11 years old will be charged VND 700,000/child/night when using existing bed (breakfast included).

From 12 years old and above: will be charged VND 1,650,000/extra bed/person/night (breakfast included)

Please be aware that these surcharges are not included in the room rate and will be payable upon check-in.
