Very compact room, very little room to sit, move, store a suitcase. Larger studios are better. Bed uncomfortable, tiny shower and bathroom, room on street and noisy. Good location and value. Kitchen very good.

When we arrived, having already checked in online with the instruction that we just needed to pick up keys from reception, the receptionist didn't even look at us for the first couple minutes and then made a phone call before checking us in. We were given the choice between a room on the top floor with three tall flights of stairs or in the basement. We took the top floor room, which meant we had to go two doors down, back out into pouring rain, before then climbing all the stairs with two large suitcases. Once we got to the room, it was set up well and had what we needed, although the shower door did not fully close. Great location, comfortable room, and we might stay again if we find a deal and have much less luggage, but we'll know that the reception staff will keep us waiting.

Location is fantastic as half way between Russel sq and kings cross stations . The bed was comfortable and if the weather warmer normal in June the air con would have been wonderful . I had to put on the wall heater and towel warmer due to the weather. Also the outside verandah would have been nice for morning coffee or glass of wine but raining and draft came through the gaps . Had fridge and separate freezer. Handy use of free 2 washers and 2 dryers -timer set 8am - 8pm and there’s an iron and board in the laundry. Shower room had no space for putting toilet bags or accessories for 2
Really room 10 -location block 28-30 is tiny . No place for 2 suitcases and very very narrow . Pencil like narrow. Only one bedside table and the bed is up against the wall on one side .
Wardrobe took up too much space . Tv low and in a bookcase . Saw the room 9 across the hall and would have preferred that as bed was not against the wall and better for 2 people due to lay out
