Budget accommodation beyond expectations. Clean, neat and practical. Bathroom for a family room was of a good size although the room itself was not that spacious. Providing face towels and toothbrushes were a bonus.

Very near to Golden court restaurant (which was the reason why I booked this hotel - attend a wedding dinner). It's just across the street without much walking required. Lots of fast food and bubble tea nearby, quite convenient (dobi, mr.diy etc) to support your last minute needs. Room is quite small with limited walking space, booked business suite and the desk was quite accommodating. Only downsides: water pressure low, room facing a restaurant's back so got some oily smell in the room from time to time, room small, no toothbrush provided, booked 2 nights and they only granted my access card for one night - was surprised when I couldn't enter the room šŸ˜…
