The location, staff and cleanliness of the hotel was amazing! the hotel is very close to to ueno station, and also ueno park. the staff was very nice and helpful, and the cleaning staff did such a wonderful job every day

very close to the Ueno Station (both Subway Line and JR Line), as well as the Skyliner. The room is clean, no weird smell. The staff is very polite, and the check in and check out process is smooth. There is also a several of convenience stores nearby.

Room was incredibly clean and staff were amazing. Room size was a little small, but pretty typical for Japan. We absolutely loved our stay and would gladly stay again. Super close to the trains made day trips very easy.
