This hotel was amazing. If you have children, they offer a special fox themed room which includes fox blankets and a stuffie for them to keep and loot bags. Incredible pool, welcoming staff, and close to many attractions. Loved it!

Mihael the concierge and Ms Fernandes, Guest Services Manager were absolutely SUPERB. The whole staff was phenomenal, but they were the standout. The rooms were great, we enjoyed the bar and the restaurant and our daughter loved the little fox hunt! All in all, it was a fantastic stay, thank you!

The hotel was very well maintained and our room was large and very comfortable. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. The hotel's location, while not in any busy sections of the city, was convenient to the Tube and within reasonable walking distance to many tourist attractions in the city.

This hotel was in a great location, great rooms, very clean and nice, great restaurant. The TV went out while we were there for 2 days. This was very inconvenient. It was in the middle of the World Cup and it’s about the only thing to do in the hotel late at night. Other than this issue this, was a great property.

This hotel made you feel special as soon as you walk in the door,Daniel the doorman was excellent and helped us with a variety of things and nothing was too much for him. The room was clean and spacious and the food was fantastic. We will be back!
