We had a very good stay in the Kensington Copthorne hotel. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Very well located with access to public transport and Hyde Park. We will be staying again.

Location is great but it’s an old building with sort-of worn out facilities. Heater in the room wasn’t exactly the strongest even at highest setting, I’m sleeping in the cold every night. That being said, it is realistically an old building with older equipment. So do not expect spanking new facilities. Breakfast is decent for what you pay for, and staff are amazing. although they do look tired and overworked during the festive season.
