Rooms were clean albeit a little tight around the bed. The location was quiet and only a five minute walk to Bayswater tube station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, short walk to tube and into Notting Hill. Staff were very friendly. After checkout, they contacted me to let me know I’d left something behind (what hotels do this nowadays?!?!) we had everything we needed in the room.

Clean room. Very good staff service. Bed was a bit small, double width only.
Room was noisy as we got a basement room below reception area so had regular noisy foot traffic on a hard floor above through the night.

The room we stayed in was in a basement and had a fake window. There was a fan in the “window” which was so loud and made it hard to sleep but couldn’t be turned off because the room would get too hot. It was also very small and cramped. Some of the staff were dismissive and seemed annoyed to help while others were quite pleasant, which was strange. The cleanliness of the room was fine but I definitely would not stay here again. The only benefit is that it is close to Hyde park for events but I still don’t think that justifies the price and the poor service.

We were a group that booked 4 rooms. It was very hot outside. Only 2 rooms had adequate AC. No windows that opened. One of the rooms should have not been sold as a double. Tiny room. Luckily they changed the couple into another room after the first night.
