Stayed with family

This is the second time staying at the Hewitt. I love the staff and location to the train station. As always the Japanese hospitality is second to none. We have family in the Osaka area and will always try to stay at the Hewitt. Richard and Kazumi. Florida USA.

Bathroom was moldy and dusty. Beds only had one pillow and were very uncomfortable. For 31000yen a night I expect better. 2 stars cause the desk staff were so nice.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and they all spoke English. The hotel is dated and worn. There was mildew all over the bathroom. The beds are very hard and the springs creak. There was only one pillow per bed. The comforters on the beds were nice and fluffy. The washer dryer unit needed 2 extra dry cycles to get my jeans dry.
