The quality of the breakfast exceeded my expectations, and the view was spectacular.

Nice view of the ocean for sunset. The hotel is located just beside a famous black pork bbq restaurant. Hotel guest enjoy discount at this restaurant as well as the Uni Cafe just in front which can view beautiful sunset. Staff were friendly.

Clean room, great service, very convenient location.

I don't understand the high rating considering some weaknesses.There is no black tea available at breakfast ( only coffee). During my five nights stay the bed was not made once. One day i had to leave early but I could not get even a slice of bread because it was before the official breakfast time. The buffet was already nearly done. The staff is not helpful.

Got free upgraded to the ocean view, facilities are new and clean, staffs are friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. Clean. Great breakfast. Only certain rooms had pools; rather misleading advertising. The hotel ad gave the impression that the hotel came with a pool.

The most beautiful hotel in Aewol in Jeju Island

The actual condition was not as impressive as the pictures shown. However, the room is clean and for the price paid, it is value for money. Room size is good.

The location and view is amazing. But the cleanliness is quite unsatisfied; we stayed for 7 nights but they don’t change the bed sheets until you request, that red spot I noticed has taken picture(below) on day 1 and day 3. And then I found some hairs on the towel, and some old clothes from previous guest inside the locker(which my dad took it out). The service is pretty nice but there are a lot of things we asked that either they don’t understand or they don’t have, especially they can’t control the AC since it’s central system and they have heat floor, so it was hot for us to sleep at night, we asked if we could turn off the heat or anything helps to reduce the heat, but they didn’t really do much… So in general it was just okay, I mean the staffs are nice just hard to communicate in english, and the cleanliness was the biggest issue to me.
