Checking in was a breeze, even though we arrived at 1 AM. Do note that there’s a security deposit of 50 RM per room, which is returned upon checkout—just make sure to keep the receipt! Since we arrived early morning and didn’t have any ringgit yet, they allowed us to pay the deposit in the equivalent amount in pesos. The staff cleaned the room daily, changed the towels and bedsheets, and provided bottled water and coffee each day. And that view of Merdeka 118 when you open the curtains? Absolutely stunning. The only downside is the lack of a refrigerator in the room, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal.
