Four stars is the maximum. The building seems a bit worn and old. The room shows visible signs of its history. There are many dirty stains on the back of the bathroom door, which makes me doubt its cleanliness. Though the bed sheets and towels were clean, the room size was adequate. A positive aspect was the complimentary ramen available from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM and free ice cream at night. The primary inconvenience was its remoteness from Sendai Station. I would opt for alternative hotels such as the APA hotel unless this branch offers a considerably lower price.
