such a great hotel - just locate beside the lake and the lake view room so nice to watch the mt. Fuji. the hot spring is amazing good. love it. recommended to all my friends.

We had a lovely stay! Our room with the lake view is exceptional and guest lounge with free drinks is so relaxing! we will definitely stay here again

probably one of the best hotels in Hakone to book for a view of the lake and possibly seeing the peak of Mount Fuji on a clear day, hotel offered good service and amenity. dining options could be slightly limited but you can always stroll around and catch a bus to explore Hakone and restaurants within Hakone. good for families as the Harkone cruise is within door steps of the hotel.

the room we had was great we were blessed to have a view of Mt Fuji on our arrival it was close to the pirate ship pier and enjoyed a full day touristing from here out main complaint was the bath as the edge to step in was at least 40cms wide also the water from the shower spray would hit the side and overflow to the floor the onsen was amazing
