Affordable accommodation with additional charge of parking space, and place is easy to find. However, when we stayed here, they are on renovation and we didn’t much enjoy staying because of the strong smell maybe coming from the carpet(maybe just installed & smells like rugby) or from other room, can’t sleep so much at night we also have our infant with us. But over all its just good, maybe better if no renovation on going.

The hotel's location is very accessible to convenience stores, restaurants and train station. The room is also bigger compared to our hotel in Tokyo.

It was clean, had complete amenities (apart from the iron and ironing board, which you can bprrow from the front desk). apparently the cleaning or turndown service is not free, have to pay a fee on top of your room. Didn’t mind as we were barely in our room everyday

Stayed here for 2 nights, and overall would recommend for those looking for a quieter neighbourhood 20 to 30 minutes by subway away from Dotonburi/Shinsaibshia! The room was clean, staff were friendly, and helpful when it came to storing luggages before/after check in/out. While I was there, there was a construction going on at a site right outside the hotel, but that was just a tiny inconvenience in terms of the loud drilling noises (if you were to be in the hotel say between 9am and 5pm). The hote is an 8 to 10 minutes walk away from 2 subway stations, which isn't extremely near, but bearable for solo travellers/small groups. I enjoyed my stay here!

About a 10 minute walk from the nearest osaka metro station, which is a bit of a trek if you have luggage with you. There are a lot of restaurants nearby though. The room was clean, there was a fridge, microwave, air conditioning. Staff were friendly and professional. Overall a pleasant experience
