During our stay, we encountered several issues that affected our overall experience. The room was notably dusty, and we were surprised to find a random peanut on one of the chairs, which raised concerns about the cleanliness standards. Additionally, the walkway outside our room was poorly lit, making it somewhat unsafe and inconvenient, especially at night.
On a more positive note, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which was a highlight of our stay. As for the breakfast, it was decent, although we noticed that the menu offered the same items on both days, which could have been more varied.
The hotel's location has its pros and cons. It's well-suited for those seeking halal food options, as there are several nearby. However, it is somewhat far from the main attractions, such as shopping malls, though it is conveniently close to the airport.
