Hotel Sans Souci was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived to checking out, everyone we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The restaurant was so good for breakfast and dinner. The Lichtenstein exhibit throughout the hotel was lovely. An A+ experience in a charming city.

The hotel we stayed at on the first day of our family trip to Austria was the best, with everything perfect. The staff were very friendly, and the place was clean. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the feeling of being treated like royalty. It was a shame to only stay for one day. If I visit Vienna again, I would love to stay here again.

The hotel was generally very clean and well maintained. Had some minor issues with housekeeping that were resolved at the hotel. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Location is excellent.

The only thing that was not so good in the room, were the uncomfortable chair and desk chair. Neither good for a elderly large person. The chair was hard to get up from, it had leaned to the back. A more straight back would be better.

We had just arrived from a trip to Egypt/Israel which was cut short by the break out of hostilities in Iran. We were covered in sand, dirt and stress. The hotel was a dream! We could trust the food and water! They could wash our clothes! There was nothing we needed that they didn’t supply. One staffer actually walked us to the bus stop we needed when we couldn’t figure it out. He refused a tip, saying “We are called the Sans Souci for a reason….we don’t want you to have any cares “. It was such a perfect refuge and we are so grateful!

We saw outstanding reviews on this property. I was skeptical as reviews are now unreliable and manipulated. But took a chance. Stayed 5 nights. Now our experience was just as others described. Clean, well managed facility with outstanding staff. Servers and front desk personnel are the best part Always welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is outstanding with breakfast (included in our case) excellent quality. So, we recommend this facility with no hesitation. It’s also central and walking distance to most of the popular attractions. The city transit system was easy to manage and excellent. Have fun there.
