Stayed with kids

Staff were super helpful and fixed an issue with my booking before I said anything. The hotel is very clean and the AC is nice and cold. And of course the location is superb. Highly recommend this hotel.

Solo stay

This is the place to stay if you are attending the Vienna opera! The staff is wonderful and the air conditioning during the unprecedented heat wave in Austria was marvelous. The water pressure is excellent along with the amount of heat that you can get with the water. Staff are incredibly welcoming!

Great location! Hotel was nice and the staff was helpful. We had the junior suite that included a king size bed and a queen pull-out. Perfect for our family of 3 celebrating my son's graduation.

Solo stay

Perfect location in central Vienna. Walking distance to all main attractions. Literally across the street from the State Opera. I would say this is an optimal location for a first-time trip to Vienna. My room was spacious, quiet, spotless and overall very, very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone interested in visiting Vienna.

The breakfast was great. Would have really enjoyed being able to dine outside for breakfast, but the tables were never set up. We did not have time to see the nearby shops. Maybe have a list available when you check in. They did give us a small tour book when we had tourist questions.
