Hotel is located near the JR Line, shops, grocery, convenience stores, and restaurants. The room is standard in terms of size and facilities you expect from a Tokyo hotel. I visited a few days before Golden Week so price surge was expected. Note that they don't offer free room service cleaning (its available but you have to pay for it). There are laundry coin machines availble for use (best if you plan to stay for a week or so). You may get amenities and fresh towels from the counter every day. transport access: Accessible via JR Line hotel location: Near Nippori Station and other central facilities you need in a city cleanliness: Generally clean - you can leave your garbage outside your door every morning and staff will pick it up service: staff are nice, approachable, and generally helpful breakfast: haven't tried!

Price wise, its great, cheap for Tokyo prices. It’s newly renovated and the room is clean. but the room feels cramped for 2 persons. Standard room is good only for 1 pax.

Hotel service is 💯. I arrived earlier and requested for my luggages to be safe kept. Wrote on the form that I'd be back 3pm but explored 'till the wee hours and returned 10pm only to find out the staff already placed our luggages in our hotel room. Literally the best! It was quite small but cozy for 2 travellers. Newly renovated rooms and elevator!

Booking this hoteru with Klook is convenient. The check-in time is easy even if I arrived lage at night from the airport. Hotel MyStays Nippori has always been my go-to hotel after my flight.

small business hotel that locates not in the center of Tokyo. need a bit of walk to reach the hotel from metro. This area is actually more for accommodation. The great thing is, I managed to find many delicious little stores to eat in this area that are so local. happy surprises! Got a little microwave in the room so can heat up some basic food bought from the convenience stores.
