If I had known you had to climb up a steep staircase with heavy luggage, I would never have stayed. The porter was not to be found at both arrival and departing, making it more difficult. Upon settling the bill they asked if I would like to add a 5% tip, for what? The check in clerks were so busy talking amongst themselves, they didn’t even notice me for several minutes. Very clean, close to the train station, but not an ideal location for the hi lights of Milan. I’ve stayed in better Star Hotels.
