Check in was a breeze. The staff took us to our room. Opening the door to the Mountain View room was amazing. Very spacious living room with balcony overlooking the pool and the side of the mountain. A sliding door lead into the bedroom and an enormous bathroom. For breakfast the staff was very helpful. It included a set menu and a continental style breakfast. The palate is more western style oriented. Felt it was lacking for Thai food flavors. Overall the experience was luxurious & definitely a repeat in the future!

Fantastic
Lovely stay at the sky view. All the staff were incredibly polite. All areas well maintained. The breakfast is the nicest breakfast we’ve had on a holiday. Having a buffet aswell as the option to choose of a menu was good. The attention to detail with all the food served was fantastic, The Massaman curry was delicious. Easily one of the best meals we had whilst exploring Thailand. That hill from the bottom to the top thou.. calves will burn.. but a great way to burn those extra food calories and it always gave the secure guard a giggle to see me huffing and puffing 😮‍💨 lovely clean pool area and cute little bar. Couldn’t fault this hotel. 100% reccomend and we would return.

The staff were absolutely amazing. I could tell that a few of them took their job seriously. They made sure that I was accommodated. View from Patong Sunset room was wonderful to wake up to. Water pressure and temperature was perfect! Downside: the steep hill is monstrous to hike back up to the resort!!

Solo stay

The room was great. The staff was not welcoming at all. The restaurant staff look mean and had attitude and I can tell they were talking about me. Desk staff I couldn’t leave hotel for check until he check my room and return. After that he try to tell me I drank an orange soda which was a lie. Barely spoke at all not sure if it’s because of my race. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Spacious and modern suite, bedroom and bathroom. Great breakfast selection which was delicious, and very friendly staff. The hotel is located at the top of a very steep hill so best to drive up. Nice views from the pool and they have a pool bar too.
