stayed the room at Block 6, seems the oldest building, quite old hotel facilities, dirty marks on floor mat even it was cleaned, the most valuable part is the location for ski in ski out, and many shops / restaurants which is convenient for guests

Very convenience to Ski in/out. I travel by car and have a lot of car park.Staff very determined to explain a lot off detail.Waku family land is good for children.Onsen very small if you compare with many room.restaurant closed too early and rental gear very expensive.

Our first time to experience a ski resort and the whole family was blown away and would love to return again. The hotel consists of 6 buildings and you can select from a number of restaurants to have breakfast, and for our 2 day stay we had japanese buffet and set meal ones, so yummy!! There are also a number of rental stores to rent skiing or skateboarding equipment, just don't forget to bring your own snow goggles & waterprood gloves. Also, avail of the free shuttle service to and from Yuzawa station. We loved the view from our hotel room where you can see the skiers and other people on the snow. Our daughter also availed of their onsite onsen. We strongly recommend this resort.

It was fortunate that we got a reservation from Klook when the official website and other booking sites said that they are already fully booked for Dec. 28-30. The hotel was recommended by a friend for it being a "Ski In, Ski Out" one, and the kids enjoyed snowboarding on its snow covered mountains.
