The room was not as advertised. I booked 'The Den' and requested a city view, but the room was much smaller than what was shown in the listing, and the staff didn’t acknowledge or update me about the room. I strongly feel the room shown wasn’t the actual 'The Den' room. I called the hotel to ask about upgrading to a city-view room, but was told it was fully booked. On the plus side, the room was clean and the toilet was well maintained. However, no toiletries were provided (no toothbrush or shaver), only shampoo and shower gel. There’s a small dedicated parking area next to the hotel with around 10–12 bays, but it’s RM15/day for guests and was full at night. I find this quite expensive for the limited parking.. The view was also nothing like the listing. What made up for it was the amazing, freshly prepared breakfast and convenient location. I may consider staying again, but with a different room type.

Dimly lit room, water basin draining slow, have to call tech to service aircon before it finally works. Near to several good eating venues. Night food market short walking distance from hotel. hotel location: In between 2 train stations, making travel by public easy cleanliness: Great transport access: Easy service: Attentive & courteous staff

the carpet in room is dirty. looks like not vacuum i can pick up rubbish on it. other than that everything is good.

thanks for upgrading my room however the air-conditioner is not working properly and then I change to another room.

best but very smol anyway I still love the ambiance and the staff are very helpful. the breakfast is good too :)
