The hotel location is just invincible, plus the staff are super friendly and they even helped my friends find her lost cellphone by contacting the taxi driver and coordinating the communication between the driver and us to ensure we get the phone back. It's just making me feel warm hearted through this great experience with them. Their cleaning service is on point and the staff was kind and actively asking me if the room cleaning is needed every day we met.

It is very conveniently located at the doorstep of myeongdong, easy to travel anywhere. hotel has lockers to deposit backs before check in and after check out. staff were very helpful too!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Myeongdong. We arrived around 10pm and check-in was super quick, literally just about a minute using their kiosk, which also gives your room key.
The lobby is very convenient too. They’ve got everything you might need like a microwave, coffee machine, and water refill station, all available 24/7. There are even lockers and a weighing scale for luggage, which was really helpful.
Location is a big plus! It’s right in the heart of Myeongdong, just across Olive Young and along the food street. Super easy to get around. Staff were also polite, helpful, and spoke good English.
Only downside is the room size. It’s a bit tight, especially if you have big luggage. But the room is clean and well-equipped (bidet, mini fridge, hair dryer, even a fabric freshener). They also provide a set of pajamas in the room.
If you’re okay with a smaller space, it’s a comfortable and very convenient place to stay. 👍

✅ The location was really good. It’s right in the Myeongdong street food market. They even provide their own detailed map that shows how to get to the post office (EMS), the airport limousine bus, nearby restaurants, and other useful places.
Moreover, they have their own kiosks for WOWPASS, currency exchange, and tax refunds, which was very convenient for me. The staff are also very accommodating and friendly. They speak good English and sometimes Japanese—very impressive. There’s an Olive Young nearby, so I could shop and easily go back to the hotel again and again.
❌ However, the room size is really, really small, similar to hotels in Japan. If there are two people in a standard double room, you can’t open both suitcases at the same time—only one at a time. If you’re traveling solo, a standard double room is enough, but if you’re a couple, I wouldn’t recommend it because it’s too small.
Also, there’s no toothbrush included in the amenities. 😅
