We enjoyed our stay very much! The property was very pretty and clean. The Staff was so helpful and nice. Enjoyed the lounge/bar area. The air conditioner in the room was noisy but our room was very clean and quiet. Key cards often did not work, but All-in-All great stay!

Emplacement idéal a 2 pas du début de trajet d'une des lignes de "câble car". Très central et facile d'accès via le métro qui se rend a l'aéroport et les lignes de bus de la ville. Nos chambres étaient correctes, les lits étaient confortables. Les salles de bain sont quand même très grandes comparé aux chambres et n'ont pas été rénovées depuis longtemps mais tout fonctionne. Il faisait quand même froid pour un mois de juillet (16 degrés celcius le jour à l'extérieur) donc nous n'avons pas eu besoin de partir les air climatisés. Nous avons quand même testé une unité avant de quitter et c'était très bruyant. Le personnel était correcte mais sans plus. Les gens de jours étaient beaucoup plus sympathiques que les gens de soir. Compte tenu du prix payé pour les chambres, nous étions satisfaits du rapport qualité/prix.

Great location, easy access, staff were very helpful.

Terrific value. Very clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed with fridge, desk, hanging space and very quiet. I arrived very early from a morning flight and early check in was no problem. A sketchy area but close to train station, cable car, light rail, tram and buses.

Amazing staff and great location

It was a great stay , but we didn’t get any complementary waters and it was extra hot in the room and super noisy outside. Didn’t really get any rest until about four or five in the morning.

The room was fully functional, clean and nice. The hotel is clean and modern and pleasant. It is in a really good location, close to Muni, Cable Cars, etc. Valet was good. Restaurant next to hotel was good. The elevator is slow.

Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

This hotel check out is at 12 o’clock ! So gives you more time to do what you need to do, all the staff amazing and extremely helpful ! Everything is close to walking distance especially the Nintendo store 🏬. There are scooters everywhere if you need to get around as driving around here can be a pain haha

We stayed here as a group of three and had a great stay overall! The front desk staff were fantastic - very nice, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only downside was the air conditioner. Even on the low setting, it kept making a strange little knocking sound...and it couldn't seem to stick to one rhythm and kept changing up the beat as soon as my brain started tuning it out. But after a few hours, the AC ghost got either bored or tired and the banging stopped. Other than that, everything was great and I'd happily stay here again!
