Good location, clean room, only slight thing is a $40 amenities fee I was charged upon check in which I don’t remember seeing anything about upon booking. Would’ve preferred they charge me it when I booked.

This is a small hotel with a lot of character. It’s priced well and has a great location. It is not a chain type experience with big amenities. The rooms are small but have everything you need. And the style and warmth of this place makes it way more interesting

Absolutely love Hotel Emblem đź‘Ź well appointed rooms, great location, and clever little perks (absolutely ask for a typewriter in the room, they will send type-written letters home!) The bar in the hotel is also A+, my go to hotel anytime I travel to SF.
