A wonderful experience at Hyde Park Hotel Bangkok! The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.Our room was always clean, with fresh towels, water, & coffee provided daily – a small touch that made a big difference. The room was perfectly spacious for two, wiith clean bathroom, comfortable linens, an e-kettle, a refrigerator, most importantly, air-conditioning that provided much-needed relief from the daily warmth. We were very impressed by the honesty of the cleaning staff; we felt completely at ease leaving our stuffs as we explored the city. Receptionists were incredibly helpful with any questions we had, including directions and storing our luggage after we checked out. The location is just a short walk to Pratunam, Platinum Mall,& the BTS, yet the area remained quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Minor suggestion to refresh of the room walls to make even more inviting. They also have swimming pool at the rooftop. Overall, 5 star hotel for us.

its close the train. near 7/11 too a bit hard to book. grab because of the steep road and the traffic in the area was bad because of the construction but overall the hotel was nice and the staffs are accomodating. will definitely book again in the future

We were able to check in smoothly at around 10 PM, which made our arrival very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. On our first night, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning, but it was quickly resolved after we informed the staff. Their prompt response really stood out and showed how attentive they are to guests’ needs. I also appreciated the mini fridge in the room, which kept our water cold. Small details like this made a big difference, especially with Thailand’s warm weather. The location is another highlight, as the hotel is close to the Airport Rail Link, making travel to Suvarnabhumi Airport very easy and convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful 6 night stay. The excellent location, cleanliness, and exceptional service made our experience truly enjoyable. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great for those looking for accommodation around Pratunam market vicinity(shopping). Location is 10-15mins. walk to Pratunam market. Staff are nice. The rooms are a bit hot since the AC hp is not compatible with the spacious room area, but after few hours, temp is okay. The pool is nice and good for sightseeing. Recommended and will definitely consider this hotel once we come back to Bangkok for vacation :)

breakfast: even if they don’t have cafeteria but I love their like mini cafe, their coffee was great taste. cleanliness: when it come for cleanliness I was absolutely highly recommended they clean every day. service: highly recommended for all the staff because they are great and kind. easy to approach. transport access: east to access all for public transportation. specifically going to Airpot. hotel location: was my friend and I really love.
