Having separate bedrooms and a kitchen helped make our family vacation all the more enjoyable (and affordable). Great location within walking distance of S Lucia train station. Loved having the grocery store super close. Highly recommend.

Property is fantastic! Your staff went above and beyond, daily, to ensure all of our needs were met. They arranged private, water, taxis, dining, reservations, a private tour for the Glass museum on Murano, and more. The food was excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel and location. Great breakfast. So clean. Rooms beautiful. Only 2 stops on water bus from the train station.m. So clean and quiet. It’s about a 5 min walk in from water bus. It’s a great little area with restaurants and fruit and grocery store. It’s more residential. Little pubs where the university students hang out. Great to sit and people watch. Large church and the area is walkable and safe. Lots to see. Explore. Nothing is cheap. Be prepared. Buy the water bus pass. Get on and off when ever you want. So much to see. For sure 10 to 15 k per day of Walking easily. We didn’t do any gondola or private tour. The water bus wjll show you the main canals.

Property location is great. Much calmer area away from the tourist, yet close enough to walk everywhere. Great restaurants in the area. Rooms are great, but noisy. stuff wasn't as friendly and as welcoming.

Venice is one of those complicated cities to navigate so it's hard to optimize for the "best location". It was a bit of a long walk and lots of stairs from the train station and bus terminal. Even if you take a vaporetto it's a winding walk through the streets---only a taxi could get you conveniently to this hotel. But it's in a pleasant neighborhood that's pretty chill and about equidistant from most of the things you want to do. Gondola rides are right around the corner. It's about a 40 minute walk to Piazza San Marco, or a 15 minute vaporetto. Staff was helpful. The downstairs bar is a good place to get a quiet drink. There's a grocery right next to the hotel too.

Absolutely stunning place to stay. Brilliant location for bus from airport also for train station for day trips to Florence or Verona. 15 to 20 min walk to St Marks square.
