Had a great stay at Hearton Hotel Nishi Umeda. The location is excellent—very convenient and within walking distance to Umeda Station, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day out. Staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, great value for money and a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

Great location, right near Osaka Station, like a 5 minute walk. I could see the Shinkansen trains coming and going right from my room. Good size room, too. Not too small.
