Room design is strange. Mirrors are too small and far away. Hard to keep your toiletries as no real sink. It's a very strange and uncomfortable design. They kept taking my bathrobes and not replacing. Ran out of toilet paper and water. Their housekeeping service needs to improve. Gym equipment is ok. TV not on and some of the machines not turned on.

The hotel itself is clean, spacious, and quiet. It's location is great, close to the BTS and Emsphere. The hotel staff welcomed us warmly and were very accomodating. They were efficient and handled our concerns well. They even helped us book a private car for a tour to the temples.

Stayed for 3-nights during BKK business trip. The front desk staff was not helpful at all, waited more than one hour to check-in and they were just like doing their own things. Room was nice and clean.
