my second times staying in The Shilla Seoul , love it after my first visit which was booked under my son’s name. but , unfortunately this trip I was a bit disappointed bcos what I stated in my request section was not fulfilled and at least the frontdesk staff should informed me upon my checked in… the rest all are good
