Room was not good - bath did not work, was falling apart. TV not work either. Serious issues with staff who would ring at 4am. Hotels.com should seriously look at this place. Gross misrepresentation

I had a fantastic stay at TJ Patong Hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Patong Beach, Bangla Road, and plenty of restaurants and shops, yet the hotel is tucked away enough to feel quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed — good air-conditioning, a comfy bed, and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

I would not recommend this property. It was previously sold as having a pool and on arrival, was told that we needed to go 250mtrs up the road to a "partner hotel" to use their pool instead. The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty and the 5 flights of stairs extremely unsafe carrying luggage.

Beliggenheden er fint. Nær på alt og kan nås til fods, hvis man vil. Selve hotellet uden elevator. Blev lovet få værelse på anden sal, men endte på femte sal under hele opholdet. Hotellet velegnet for unge rejsende med lav budget.

Solo stay

Location is ok and is about 15 minutes walk from Bangla Road. Manager of the Hotel was not to be seen, except on the day of checking in. Only cleaning staff comes everyday morning. Cost of stay is ok. Clean room/bathroom.
